CYO Basketball

The mission of the CYO basketball is to reinforce Catholic values taught in our school and religious education program. CYO basketball encourages healthy physical activity and plays a significant role in the development of Catholic values in the youth of St. Joseph Catholic School and Parish. CYO basketball fosters the development of cooperation, respect, sportsmanship, responsibility, leadership, competitiveness, fairness and courtesy.
 St. Joseph Catholic School CYO basketball program is proud to play on a
 high school regulation court right here on our campus. 

Player Eligibility

Boys and girls enrolled in grades 3rd through 8th at St. Joseph Catholic School or in the St. Joseph Church CCD program are eligible to participate in our CYO basketball program. All eligable children are accepted onto their grade specific team {ie; no cuts at any of the grade levels].

Practices are typically held twice a week with one competitive game against another parish on the weekend. The season runs from October until March.
